Effective date: 1 June 2026  ·  Last updated: July 2026  ·  EWI Software trading as Repairix

This policy applies to all users of the Repairix platform, including workspace owners, technicians, and any other users operating under a Repairix workspace subscription.

Purpose

Repairix is a repair shop management platform designed for legitimate business use by repair shops and their staff. This policy sets out what use is and isn't acceptable on the platform.

Permitted use

You may use Repairix to:

Prohibited use

Customer data responsibility

Your repair shop is responsible for the customer data you enter into Repairix. This includes ensuring you have appropriate consent to collect and store customer contact details and to send them communications via SMS or email.

Under Australian law, SMS and email marketing must comply with the Spam Act 2003. Under Dutch/EU law, GDPR consent requirements apply. Transactional messages (e.g. "your phone is ready for pickup") are generally exempt, but unsolicited marketing is not.

Fair use

Repairix plans are priced per workspace based on the number of technician accounts (Starter: up to 3, Pro: unlimited). Creating multiple accounts for a single person to circumvent technician limits is not permitted.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your workspace without a refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

We may update this policy from time to time. Workspace owners will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
