Repairix is a repair shop management platform built for Australian and Dutch repair businesses. "We", "us", or "Repairix" refers to EWI Software, the operator of the Repairix platform.
Your repair shop (a "Workspace") is the data controller for your customer records. Repairix acts as a data processor on your behalf for that data.
We do not sell your data. We do not use workspace customer data to train machine learning models.
Workspace data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We operate row-level security controls to ensure strict multi-tenant data isolation — one workspace cannot access another's data.
Cloudflare handles routing and DDoS protection for all Repairix traffic. Stripe handles all payment processing under PCI DSS compliance.
Active workspace data is retained for the life of your subscription. If a workspace is cancelled, data is retained for 14 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted. Trial workspaces that are not converted are deleted 28 days after the trial expires.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your workspace data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@repairix.com.au.
Australian users: You have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Dutch / EU users: You have rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Each sub-processor is subject to a data processing agreement and handles data only as instructed by Repairix.
Repairix uses session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to workspace owners via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
